Every centre on this service. Each has its own schema, its own staff and its own settings; nothing here shows a resident.

Copy settings from

Copies the settings and the permitted absence periods only. Residents, staff, rooms and the tablet photo are never copied; the name, timezone and go-live date are the new centre's own.

Move an account to a centre

One email address is one account, in one centre. Moving it keeps the email, password, role and PIN, and ends its access to the centre it leaves; what it recorded there stays there. A resident tablet stays signed in and shows the new centre within a minute. Staff are signed out and sign in again with the same details. PIN-only guards are created again in the new centre.
